THE PROBLEM

Since 1990, the frequency and intensity of climate change related disasters have drastically increased. To date, there has been more than $4.29 Trillion USD in damages.

By 2050, 1.3 Billion people and $158 Trillion USD in assets will be affected by these disasters.

How are we able to prepare and respond to protect our cities and communities when these disasters become the norm?

the impact

NO COMMUNICATION

During disasters, damaged telecommunication infrastructure prevents victims from contacting and locating each other, as well as restricting accessing to correct information from agencies

Those affected will not know if their loved ones are safe.

Without communication it would be impossible to coordinate victims during emergency operations.

OUR SOLUTION

ON-DEMAND TELECOMMUNICATION

POST-DISASTER MOBILE CELL NETWORK

We are developing a miniature cell phone tower that can be airdropped into a disaster area to restore cell phone coverage quickly. It will provide communication for victims and first responders after the disaster occurs.

GYROCHUTE

AID & RESOURCE DEPLOYMENT

The gyrochute is a safe & affordable alternative to a parachute, delivering aid and resources into disaster zones. It has been developed to simplify the long term storage and handling of parachutes as well as significantly reducing the risk of a failed deployment.

 FOR COMMUNITIES

THOSE AFFECTED

With victims scattered over large geographic areas and damaged infrastructure it can be difficult for cell phone providers to restore services in various parts of the city for several days, even weeks.

This makes it difficult for families and loved ones to communicate and share information.
